I have begged them to have someone call me, still no response. Avoid this company at all costs, once they have your Fibre line you are doomed. You will have to pay handsomely to get rid of them. Please be careful before using this disgusting company, you will regret it, simply read the reviews it is all true. People need to spread the word they can't do this.
