AVOID AT ALL COSTS! No customer service!!!

What bad service! I have been trying to cancel my subscription since 1 December 2023. I keep being put through to a department that does not respond, when I sometimes do get through, I get told that the new address does have coverage - just to be put through to another department that says there is no coverage! I am so over this company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I am now going to be forced to stop debit orders due to their inefficiency!!
