This company has decided that they don't need to do client support, so once you sign up they will be forever unavailable for any support issues you have. It was not this way pre-2020, but since their teams are working from home there is no longer any way to call a support agent - at all. Ever!

Your only path to contact someone is via a whatsapp program (that they call a chat bot), which presents a series of rigid menus you can waste time in while attempting to reach a human. Again, this will never happen.

Thankfully I reached a helpful sales agent who was kind enough to walk me through some steps and commit to getting his manager and a support agent to call me urgently. A shining star in a sea of darkness - and the only reason for a 2-star review.
