Attention to detail on my problem was attended to very well and professionally
Attention to detail on my problem was attended to very well and professionally. Even though there is no phone-in services, Kristen was able to chat me all the way with a high level of understanding compared to two other agents; Tasmia and Ongezwa....they just left me hanging.
