ATROCIUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm having intermittent fibre problems since Vumatel took over the network. However, it is virtually impossible to get customer support from Webafrica! They now use Whatsapp chat which is a total ********. I contacted them via Whatsapp this morning and at 9:41 I was informed that an agent would contact me, it is now 10:42 and no call! I tried to send an email to their helpdesk which apparently doesn't exist anymore but their response was: "Emails are so yesteryear, we have decided to spruce up our service by switching to WhatsApp LiveChat. You will thus not get a response through this mailbox.

You can now get a superfast response, easy-peasy by chatting to an agent - live via WhatsApp!" Superfast at a snails pace, even a sloth is quicker! I am at the moment looking at other service providers!
