Atrocious WebAfrica

If you're considering getting Fibre, it's best to avoid Web Africa or Metro Fibre, as they cannot be trusted. Despite purchasing the 400Mbps up and down fibre package, the network's average speed has not surpassed 40% of its advertised capability. While Web Africa is not directly at fault for the flawed interconnection, their customer service is lacking, and they have left me feeling alienated. Their technical support can only be accessed through a frustrating and cumbersome WhatsApp line, and despite requesting to speak with a senior manager for over three weeks, I have only been contacted by line managers of the WhatsApp agents. I even tried messaging the CEO Sean Nourse on LinkedIn, but was unsuccessful in speaking to anyone in authority. I have spent over 45 hours testing and communicating about the issues, accumulating close to 103Mb of chat conversation, but my system is still less stable than my previous Rain 5G connection. Therefore, I strongly advise against choosing Web Africa as your service provider.
