Atrocious service

I'm irate right now. I have paid for the services that I'm not even rendered. Sunday my WiFi was not working as per normal I thought it was vuma as usual. Tuesday still experiencing the same issue. My WiFi was not connecting spoke to 3 consultants from Vuma, I was promised a technician will attend to my quiry. Technician came n failed to assist, day 2 still the same, day 3 technicians are on whats app they no longer come to site and fix this mess. Spoke to 7 consultants I'm still faced with the same issues since Sunday. I'm buying data everyday I'm working from home. There's no sense of urgency, I'm compelling them to do their work. Till currently. I want my money back so I can go to other service providers. This is a ****** business. They don't even deserve a star. Their staff are not skilled. They need to shut down this business.
