My Goodness! I have never experienced just terrible terrible service, webafrica is atrocious at customer service. Our internet has been suspended and we cannot pay online because our profile is linked to the incorrect account holder, The stupid whatsapp helpline is extreamlys slow the billed department ladies are unresponsive. I am working from home and i have zero internet connection. There is no helpline to call only whatsapp and you will WAIT.
