Atrocious Customer Service

Very poor customer service as the excuse is always "There's nothing we can do, we are waiting for feedback from the underlying service provider". I have been without internet for 9 days and counting and all they can give is apologies, its pathetic. Sort your corporate structures and relationships out so you can exert some influence on service delivery. If we have to go through you to get to the underlying provider you better make damn sure you can sort the issue out yourself. You are accountable.
