At first my order was delayed but it was only due to Vuma not being part of the fibre provider where i stay so when i changed the provider to openserve the installation and delivery to place in 48 hours on a Saturday morning then on Monday my services were activated. The speed test is showing me exactly what i signed up for. This has made working much easier
