Ashley was extremely helpful and resolved my onboarding issue efficiently. He also went the extra mile by informing me about the apps I needed to install to manage my billing account and WiFi router, which I really appreciated. Throughout the interaction, his lively and positive tone clearly reflected his willingness to assist and provide excellent service.
