We hear you, that kind of frustration around something that should be quick and simple, like updating banking details, is not what we want for you at all. Let’s get you sorted step by step. You can update your banking details directly on the Webafrica App by following these steps: 

1.  Open the Webafrica Mobile App and log into your account 
2.  Tap on the Account or Profile section 
3.  Select Billing or Manage Billing
4.  Choose Payment Method or Debit Order Details
5.  Enter your new banking details
6.  Review the information to make sure everything is correct 
7.  Confirm and save the changes 

Once updated, you should receive confirmation in-app or via email. If the app is not allowing you to make the change or something is not saving properly, that is not the experience we want for you. We are here to step in and get it resolved quickly. Just let us know via private message, and we will make sure it gets sorted ASAP.
