Arrogant , no service and a bunch of *****

Did a upgrade with webafrica , they billed me for the upgrade witch was never done , no service and the whatsapp centre staff is arrogant . They were supposed to give evotel a work order nr that was never done and i checked with them on 2 occasions . They promised me 2 to 48 hours its been a week and they have done nothing. There is no service just a bunch of *****.
