APPAULING AFTER SERVICE

Webafrica service is appauling to say the list. They are never available on the phone, you hold for over 30min without answer. their whatsapp response is diabolic, you will holdon for the rebot to connect you to an agent and when the agent eventually responds your wholeday has been spent on the phone. No after sales call to check if your service is up. I have been waiting for 2 days now for configuration of my router and no one has phoned.....
