Appalling Support!!

The only way to contact them is via live chat on the website or whatsapp. No response on the live chat and useless feedback on the whatsapp chat. 45 minutes for them just to get the correct information and still they cannot provide any help after getting the correct information.

This is absolutely appalling!!!

So now we just need to deal with the issue and not have any internet when you need to work. No matter of urgency.
