Appalling service! I do not recommend this company at all.

The worst ever company!. No ethics at all, does not comply with their own internal processes.

I’m trying to get my refund for almost a month now

Sequence of events - 1st June I called in to sign up for a router and internet access - did more research and decided to cancel same day - I was advised it was cancelled, however it wasn’t - I then reached out again and it was cancelled - I then reached out to have my refund (R1600) to be credited - was promised it was going to be done however this hasn’t happened - it is now the 2nd July and yet no funds has been credited to my account

Their communication channel is appalling, customer service only through WhatsApp. Sales through telephone only. I was promised a call back by their sales team and their generic WhatsApp agents.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
