Appalling service from Web Africa

Terrible Service – Avoid Web Africa!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Web Africa's service is appalling, to say the least. They claim to offer a month-to-month subscription, but when you try to cancel, they continue charging you for additional months—even after you’ve returned their router!

A true month-to-month service should stop billing when you cancel. Instead, Web Africa makes it unnecessarily difficult and unfairly charges customers beyond their usage.

Stay away and choose a provider that actually respects its customers!
