Appalling Service!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would! There is no actual human being that you can contact for support. The WhatsApp "help line" goes unanswered. We relocated and our service was disconnected on December 19th installation was done on the 18th Jan. We had not used the service for that time period. I still had to pay R1000 to connect and they still have not connected us. These people have made it impossible to talk to an actual human being. The "bot" service is useless.
