Appalling “Service”

Phoned yesterday to query poor speed and connection, was on the phone for 15 minutes at my own expense, only then did i get an option for a call back. When the call came, it was so brief my phone didn’t even ring, and I only realized I’d gotten a phone call because of a missed call notification on my phone. I tried phoning back only to have the phone picked up, and promptly put back down. Appalling “service”
