Appalling Service

Our internet connection installed by Webafica in Southbroom has never worked. I have spent many frustrating hours on their WhatsApp chat with multiple different people.

Every time I have to start from scratch and send loads of information, serial numbers and photographs. The internet connection does not work.

They need to send a technician to the house and deliver a working internet connection. They appear to be incapable of doing that
