Appalling Service

I have never used such a pathetic service, moved to a new city and thought trying this provider won’t be bad. I’m barely one month in and I have full regret. Ive had disruptions spanning over 3 days in 2 weeks and Paying extra money to buy data as I work from home on video calls yet the installment won’t be reduced. The WhatsApp agents, if you get through don’t help much, they will just provide an incident number and nothing else.There is no one to call and speak to. All I want is how to cancel this contract?
