APPALLING NON EXISTENT SERVICE

Appalling non service oriented company. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU EXPECT TO GET ANY FORM OF SERVICE. They appear to have got rid of all staff and have now substituted a really awful live chat system. There should be a minus 5 star grading for this company. I cancelled my Webafrica subscription in January and cannot get them to cancel the debit order let alone refund my money for a non existent service. They are still using the tired overdone excuse of COVID for not answering calls!!!!!!!
