Appalling lack of service / very unprofessional SP

Shocking lack of service. Extremely disappointed with this service provider. The SIM card is still not delivered and unbelievably they have deducted money from my bank account for delivery. I have about 40 responses in my inbox saying that they will call me back and they haven't.
