Appalling, disrespectful customer experience.
The most frustrating organisation to communicate with.
My landlord controls the fibre line which I use, but refuses to interact with Webafrica for the same reasons I'm complaining about below.
The fibre line is running at below half the paid-for capacity, but it's impossible to get support for this to be resolved.
Calling their help desk results in having to listen to prompts to wait for up to 30 minutes, every single time.
Email to them bounces, telling you they don't offer email support; only WhatsApp and telephone. Read that again. This is an Internet company, refusing to communicate via the industry standard method and forcing you to either wait indefinitely listening to a PABX or signing up with a social media company, even if it's not your choice, in order to communicate with them.
I have chosen not to avail of any Facebook linked services for tracking and privacy reasons, yet Webafrica deems it appropriate to force me to.
