Appalling customer service - WebAfrica

Absolute appalling customer service!! I am seriously considering cancelling my service. Everything has been given over to the BOT. I had a billing enquiry; called the number on my invoice; billing is not even an option. Only SALES. Choose the sales option, when I mention put me through to billing, I get cut off. And all I wanted to know was the account details to set them up as a beneficiary on my online banking app. Definitely looking for another service provider. If I could have, I would not even have given them one star!
