Appalling customer service. Non existent.

Worst service ever I am terminating my service. Been hours of phones, emails, whatsapp and Noone responds. I sent email to direct consultant Ghowa Arend no response. They obviously don't need loyal customers.. Almost 6 years. Glad I'm leaving. Absolutely appalled by the pathetic customer service.
