Appalling Customer Service from WebAfrica

Webafrica has thee worst customer service I have ever had. As an ISP you lack professionalism and your communication skills and methods are really bad.

You do not alert your customers when your services go down. Your whatsapp chat service is really bad. It takes forever to get a response from the agents.

I had to contact the technician that the actually installed my fibre and advised me that there are issues with connectivity around my area. How disgraceful is that.

I am very disappointed with the service that you provide to your customers.
