Appalling customer service

This is the worst service provider. Their customer service is truly appalling. The waiting period is long, they don't solve issues on time or never at all. Was just chatting to a personal named Siyanda and told me that my attitude is why I don't receive help. And he wants me to send my Bank Statement as a form of POP. Even when I had sent through my POP several times. I am just appalled. After having paid their system does accept that I paid and still tried to debit. And the service is still suspended.
