Appalling customer service

Due to a failure on their App my credit card was double charged . Its taken me 2 days to get hold of a customer support agent. It takes 45 minutes for them to respond to a query and then when you have submitted the proof they will take 5 working days to refund you, have taken the money off your account within 15 min of each other.
