Appalling company ethics!

Pathetic service! Their business ethics are appalling! I signed up for a subscription and my account was debited within less than 24 hours. They did not inform me that there is paperwork outstanding, therefore, the installation was delayed and they could not give me an accurate answer. I canceled my subscription and requested a refund after 5 days. I was told it takes 10 working days. Today after 13 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) I contacted them and could not get a straightforward answer! They are making excuses that they waiting for the account balance to reflect, they need my bank details or that they need to check with the delivery department if any device was delivered yet absolutely nothing was delivered or even scheduled for delivery! You'll are very quick to take people's money but making endless excuses for returning it! The whatsapp chat line is unhelpful and terrible! This business seems like a ****! Perhaps an investigation needs to be conducted!
