APPALLING After Service
Please advise of there's any direct contact with Webafrica as thier whatsapp chat-bot is absolutely ridiculous and takes an hour to respond and when it responds it drops.
I've been offline since this morning and getting the run around. Honestly I'm getting tired of this appealing service since I subscribed last month the 15th.
This is ridiculous and appalling. I want to cancel this service.
The after service is really something else.

05.10.2021 I went to Vumatel offices in Vosloorus to try and get help, unfortunately they clueless and do not know what to do.
Why are we paying for SERVICE if we are not getting SERVICE from both Vumatel and Webafrica.
I will definitely cancel this service and take it further on social.media regarding this appalling service and dirty tricks we've subjected to.
