APALLING SUPPORT
your support network is Really lacking - Ive been on hold for 30 minutes and on whatsapp waiting for someone to connect with me for 40 mins - cannot log a ticket on the portal either

Pathetic.
My internet has been down since 4 this morning and after behing on hold most the morning on WhatsApp and telephone without being able to log a support ticket online I eventually get hold of your support agent Kabelo , he couldn't tell me why and couldn't give me insight into anything. Basically said its broke we cannot help you right now.
Definitely cancelling as this is only week 3 on your network with appalling service and lacklustre internet connectivity. Very Quick to make the sale and then leave you hanging in the dust.
