If I had the option to give a zero I would. Please do not choose this ISP. I promise you it will be the worst experience ever. You cannot phone anyone for support. When you have a problem they try get you sort out the technical problems yourself from a list of guidelines from a bit. Only after wasting between 30 minutes and an hour of hour time can you then speak to an agent. This has to be the worse customer experience. Never mind trying to cancel with them, that’s on another level. You would think with so much competition their support would be great. I guess business must be too good. They literally don’t care about you the moment you sign up. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
