Another one for Webafrica, really good, come look!

Let me make this simple, take a nice fresh big brown potato, stick on your roof and point it to a random light that might look like a satellite and you will have better service than Webafrica.

Since I'm wasting my time writing a review I'll be keeping it short.

Had 200mbps fibre installed, the account capped at 12mbps, they blamed Openserve (which was fast and helpful), guest@openserve ran 197mbps with 2ms response time, Webafrica didn't. Only a week later the issue was resolved.

With above mentioned they added and removed accounts from my profile. I changed from uncapped, to capped to capped pro, no change.

They are billing me R2000 for 1 day of internet, debit order ran 1st of the month, they added credit notes, account still in arrears for another R2003. Basically R4003 for 7 days of internet. ~Sounds like a ex-girlfriend that wants more and more.

Web portal shows I made no payments although debit order ran successfully. ~Sounds like a ex-girlfriend that wants more and more.

Support ticket open for 4 days, no calls, no reply. ~Sounds like a ex-girlfriend that didn't get more and more.

I called 2 times, spend at least 20 minutes waiting for someone. Spend another 30 minutes explaining just to hear 'we will escalate'. ~Sounds like a ex-girlfriend that didn't get more and more.

Please come fetch your router quietly.

I have to show manners like my mom taught me, Webafrica, thank you for the installation, thank you for using over a 140 of my minutes, I only have 1720 left thanks to you. I will unfortunately not be supporting you anymore, I will also advise against using you. My apologies for the inconvenience caused by being a customer.
