Another 1 Star for WebAfrica Support. Be better WebAfrica

Another 1 Star for WebAfrica Support. The WhatsApp platform is not a good user experience. The support staff don't know anything about technical systems and follow a script. Over weekends it takes almost 2 hours to get a response from someone on the support platform. Could still take another 90min to log your issue. This is not an acceptable support platform. Be better WebAfrica
