Annoying smses and no response

I tried getting this sorted trough your what's app support but Zanele didn't help me at all, so now I'm here. I don't have a webafrica account and I keep getting smses from somone else's account. Zanele even sent me screenshots of that guys account which I'm sure is not a good company policy. So how about you guys delete my number from your servers and stop bothering me with non payment smses when I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU!
