Annoyed with ****ed

I have never in my wildest dreams ever seen such an *********** company I paid the 399 they wanted on the 25th September.till today I'm calling for installation nothing when I call them they give me run around I'm then asking for refund no response stil send From pillar to post .o. so annoyed by them yoh.feeling really ****ed
