Annoyed by incompetence!!!

Worst service ever, I've been waiting for them to change my fibre from the previous owner to my name. The router is already installed I just need them to connect me. I've been waiting since the 1st Dec, they asked me 2 pay which I did. Now I'm being sent from pillar to post.
