Angry client

I had ordered a cell c package thru webafrica via a consultant, While ordering I told her I have a Rain package and would like to have it cancelled before I order The cell c, And would I be charged extra for the rain on when it is cancelled, she said no. The lady who I spoke was "Jay" I received a invoice of R1394.00 today And was furious. Also when I physically went into my account it was showing R2126.33 Now what is going on there? I have reported it previously also and had no help with the bill. I had to go and check if Rain was cancelled to my surprise not, I had to go and do it also, Webafrica can go ahead and listen to the recordings! I am very angry about the bill and people that work the that properly do not know what they are doing there.
