I have cancelled my Webafrica mid 2024. After extreme difficulties due to Webafrica putting obstacles in the process. And I have returned their router as well. Yet,they keep threatening me with legal action and blacklisting my credit record,claimingbthatbI owe them a month's subscription,which I did not even received due to my cancellation. Now they want to claim for the router which was already returned to them. And they refuse to look into the matter and verify what I am stating. I requested them to take me to court in order for me to state my case, but they ignore me. Stay away from Webafrica,********* and plain ******* in the manner they do business.
