They are disgusting and dispicable. using even the VAT icrease as an opportunity to get MORE money out of their clients . VAT increase is 0.5 % which is a R 3.45 increase but they ROUND IT UP to the nearest R5 *** !!! you are THE WORST ever. You look for every opportunity to get extra money but do not improve your service. Your customer service sucks and is no existent yet you keep asking for more and more money. And you STILL after 5 years want me to pay a cancellation fee to leave you ... You are despicable .
