Amber was helping me with a connection issue
Amber was helping me with a connection issue. She helped me with the process to try solve the issue. She was nice and willing to help me. She even made a follow up with me to see if I have connection. She did her best to help me but it didn’t work out. But she gave escalated the problem and she was very helpful and patient
