Amazing Customer Service

I woke up to no internet access this morning. Got hold of my ISP, Webafrica. Within hours my issue had been resolved - it appears that I had changed my password without knowing the implications! I'm an idiot, but kudos to Daryll from Webafrica for resolving my problem immediately. And not telling me that I was an idiot!
