Amanda is a disgrace to WebAfrica’s customers!!!

By far the worst experience with your chat agent ever. ***. I felt like I was chatting with a Robot, we had an outage for 3 days and the agent I was chatting with couldn’t even say “we apologise for the inconvenience caused”, she told me that I don’t pay WebAfrica but I pay Vumatel, insinuating that I’m complaining to the wrong company, so where exactly should I complain? Read our chats and see how bad Amanda R was. Please deal with this and provide me with feedback because I felt like a customer who’s not valued, as if you guys are doing me a favour by providing this service to me.
