11 Jun 2026, 10:02Hi Laula,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing how this has been affecting you. It’s completely understandable to feel frustrated when the issue keeps repeating, especially after trying the same steps multiple times without any improvement. When your service isn’t reliable, it can quickly become overwhelming. This isn’t how the experience should feel, particularly when you’ve already made several efforts to get it resolved. We can confirm that your case is still linked to an open fault under reference WA***, which is currently being investigated. To help us narrow this down further, please try the following:
Place the SIM card into a cellphone
Switch on mobile data
Monitor whether the connection works or shows similar issues
This will help determine whether the issue is network-related or device-related, so the correct next steps can be taken.
If you can share the outcome of the SIM test, please send us a direct message on Hello Peter, and we’ll take it further from there.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

11 Jun 2026, 12:55Hi Laula,
We hear you, especially with your revision class coming up today and needing your connection to work when you get home. We understand how stressful it is when the service is inconsistent right when you need it most.
Your fault (WA***) is still active and being investigated. The team is working on stabilising the connection, but we also note that the issue only presents itself when you’re at home, which makes real-time testing important to pinpoint the cause accurately.
Given your timing, please test the connection as soon as you’re home this afternoon and let us know exactly what happens (no connection / intermittent / error messages). We’ll stay on standby to take this further immediately based on what you find so we can push for a fix without delay.
Warm regards,
