Always amazing service

Once again WebAfrica come through with world class service.<br> <br> I have been a client of WebAfrica for a number of years now , my first interaction with them being from me winning a competition for half price DSL data and line rental a long while back.<br> <br> This past month there had obviously been some restructuring of some sort and the discount that had always been app**** to my items had been lost somehow and this month I got charged the full non-discounted amount. <br> <br> One phone-call to a very polite and helpful lady (I'm sorry I didn't take the name so I could give recognition here) and the problem is sorted . The discount has been reapp**** and my account credited with the extra money that was charged. <br> <br> This is not the first time WebAfrica have just plain impressed me with their service and the way they handle things and that is why I always recommend WebAfrica to friends and family looking to get a better internet experience, Not just because the product that they are selling is second to none but also the support behind it.<br> <br>
