Although Sectional Title Schemes exists as a legal form of property for more than 50 years, and the legislation in its 3rd generation, Body Corporates (as legal entities) are generally inappropriately grouped with business, rendering many direct clashes with requirements specified in the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act. Despite this, Monique M patiently interrogated the reason for an installation application for the Body Corporate placed on hold, and facilitated the scheduling of the installation. It has been a most satisfactorily encounter.
