Already regretting signing up with WebAfrica

I have just signed up and I am already regretting it. I clearly stated I need internet for a house I bought and want installation next month. I do not live at the new address yet you are sending stuff there???? I was very clear and was told I would be contacted before any deliveiries or installations. Now I've been waiting for an agent on chat for over 30 minutes and your "support" line just goes dead when I call ... seriously? I hope this is not a sign of things to come. It was easy to get hold of you when you wanted take my money.
