Almost impossible to get assistance

My Webafrica email - that I have used for decades - is now considered spam and is rejected by many email servers. I have tried to get hold of Webafrica via their WhatsApp channel over two days now, and it takes hours to get an answer - if ever. I am now waiting for nearly 2 hours today, and all I ever get is another WhatsApp saying "I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying..."
