almost IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT Webafrica
Needed technical support. From Tuesday till now Friday: 1) phoned them had to wait for more than 45 minutes, no contact. Again phoned them, again phoned them.... NO Contact. 2). I tried the Whats App service, many times only 'I AM SORRY ITS TAKEN LONGER.......etc. 3 )Send numerous Support Tickets and guess, no reply. Will drive to their head office in Woodstock Cape Town. Perhaps than I get service restored.

WOW WOW WOW, this evening I got a phone call of a Junior Technical Support Agent
Khuboni Mdlambuzi He sorted the problem out, took the time, was very professional. Should be a SENIOR Technical Support Agent. He was just doing his job he said. Well than he is rare at WebAfrica., all others are not fitted for the job. Think Khuboni Mdlambuzi will shine at other ISP better. Thanks man, ur a white Elephant there at WebAfrica. Khuboni: +***8
